Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We are flexible! For standard tent frames and umbrellas, we have NO MOQ (1 unit is okay). For custom printed items, we start from just 1 unit to help you test the market. Of course, bulk orders get volume discounts.

Absolutely. Our in-house design team provides FREE design services. Just send us your logo and a simple description of your idea, and we will send you a digital mock-up for approval before production.

Yes, we work with many marketing agencies. We can ship orders directly to your clients without our factory information (Blind Drop-Shipping). We strictly protect your client data and business secrets.

I don't know how to import. Can you ship to my door?

Yes! We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service for most countries (USA, Europe, Australia). This means we handle customs clearance and taxes. You just wait for the delivery at your door/warehouse, just like buying locally.

For sample/small orders (under 10 units), production takes 3-5 business days after artwork approval. For bulk orders or container loads, please contact us for a specific production schedule.
