The ET-Z07ST (Titan Red) is engineered for professionals who set up and tear down their equipment daily. While the frame stands on a massive 40mm steel foundation for maximum rigidity, we upgraded the locking mechanism to a Composite Nylon Pull-Ring System.
Why the plastic housing? Pure steel-on-steel friction can be stiff and loud. The high-density nylon housing ensures the steel pin slides smoothly every time, reducing wear on your fingers without sacrificing the structural integrity of the steel joint inside.
